Internet and Solution Provider

As the head of the marketing and sales sector, my main task was to handle the sales process completely – from creating the offers, the bundles, the prices, the way of presentation, how to reach the customer (B2B), to the organizational functioning. It was a vibrant and inspiring experience. Sell the Internet, system integration services, and technical support and maintenance services in the market, which these services indisputably need, but at the same time does not want to pay more 25 EUR per month. That was a challenge!

ABOUT SALES EXPERIENCE
  • I wrote the sales procedure together with the project execution organization for one small digital marketing agency. It covers pre-sale steps as well as how things flow inside the company after the customer orders the service. I used the SCRUM principle, with ASANA being used as software for these purposes.
  • A long time ago, while I was still working at the bank, every new banking service had to be created together with the product development sector, and then to design a sales procedure for the front office.
  • There were opportunities for creating certain sales and business matters within the agriculture sector such as: business plan for basil cultivation, marketing plan for brandy production, couple of paperwork, etc.
