The real companionship with CRM and ERP programs began and lasted for the next five years with my Teleklik work. As Head of the Marketing and Sales Sector, I was tasked with updating and customizing CRM Vtiger. I defined the entire sales procedure through this software, so we had the required fields, workflow tasks, documentation, and of course reports.
After a while, Teleklik started developing ERP software with two other BiH companies. Within this ERP development, I was a project manager, creator and tester of logical processes within the software. This is far more extensive than CRM software because it covers the entire business of a company. Following the implementation within Teleklik, we have implemented this software within a local company engaged in electroplating, engine and military equipment repair. This was also a unique experience as I was first thoroughly confronted with the production process here. And you have to know the core of the business so you can implement the software effectively.
